In any given year it has been reported that one in six people have been affected by a mental illness. Two out of three teens have experienced a mental health disorder such as anxiety or depression. More than a quarter of teenagers have reported to have had a panic attack before. Also between a third and a half have reported to have had suffered from depression. This is an issue that has to be talked about more and more.
